1Acceptance of Terms

• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device, such as a computer in an internet cafe in Dhaka or Chittagong.
• Notify 13bd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

13bd supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 13bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name.

Deposit Conditions

All deposited funds must be used for genuine betting activity on the 13bd platform. Depositing funds purely to meet a withdrawal threshold, without corresponding betting activity, is not permitted and may be treated as abuse of the withdrawal system. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 13bd reserves the right to apply processing fees where applicable, and any applicable fees will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. 13bd may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification as part of this process.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Bonus terms, including rollover requirements, are stated on each promotion's page and are binding.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players must satisfy any stated minimum deposit requirement to qualify.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 13bd platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that exploits non-public information to gain an advantage in sports betting markets.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions available to new players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 13bd platform.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the 13bd platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and game interfaces, is the property of 13bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from 13bd. Unauthorised use of any 13bd intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13bd shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any loss or corruption of data or information, including player account data, betting history, or transaction records, caused by events outside 13bd's reasonable control.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or regulatory action.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 13bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 13bd makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

9Responsible Gaming

13bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, we provide the following tools and resources to all registered players:
